Chase was born March 28th 2013 with multiple birth defects and anomalies. At this time, he has not been diagnosed for his condition.

Since Chase was born he has gone through 10 surgeries. We have a very long road ahead of us with multiple surgeries in the very near future and plenty more through out his life.
Again, at this time, there is no diagnosis nor prognosis for Chase's condition. I will say this much though, we have hit many milestones that we did not think we would be experiencing. The only diagnosis we have is in regards to his heart. This is known as a CHD.
