Rayven was born June 20, 2013 and diagnosed with pulmonary atresia with IVS (intact ventricular septum), Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrom (HRHS), and right ventricle dependent coronary circulation (RVDCC). Rayven went in for her shunt surgery at 5 days old. After 9+ hours in the OR she came back fighting harder to live than before she went in. She was in cardiac failure and on ECMO. 2 days later she was listed for transplant and 6 days after that, July 3rd 2013, she received the ultimate gift. After many struggles with chylous and lung issues we opted for a trach on September 9th to get her moving and home. After 133 days inpatient we got to bring her home and have been blessed to not have any hospitalizations since. She is doing so good but the future with CHD's is still full of unknowns.
